Operator and acceptance
Burning Bridges AI at https://burningbridgesai.site is operated by JingLee, an individual based in China. These terms govern use of our website, accounts and creative tools. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into these terms. Creating an account or using the tools means you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal data.
Service and accounts
Our workspace supports AI video generation, image generation and creative assistance through third-party models provided by APIMart. Available settings depend on the model and provider capacity. Google sign-in uses basic identity and verified email. Email registration and sign-in require inbox verification when configured. Protect your account and report suspected unauthorized access. Features still being verified, including paid generation and checkout, remain unavailable until enabled.
Pricing and credits
Paid checkout is currently closed. Prices and monthly or annual plans are previews; they do not create a subscription or authorize a charge. When one-time packs become available, the price, currency, credit quantity and applicable tax will appear before payment. One-time packs do not automatically renew and purchased pack credits have no scheduled expiry. Subscriptions cannot be purchased until renewal, online cancellation and entitlement delivery are implemented. Waffo Pancake processes payments when enabled; we do not receive full card numbers or card security codes. Credits are delivered only after server-side payment confirmation.
Generation accounting
Review the model, duration, resolution and credit quote before submitting an enabled job. Video and image counts vary with those settings. A submitted job reserves credits. Completion settles the reservation; a confirmed failure releases it once. An uncertain provider submission stays under review to prevent duplicate charges. Credit releases are distinct from cash refunds. Content checks may block a request, and provider outages may delay processing.
Video storage
Generated videos are available for 24 hours after storage completes. Download a copy before expiry. Expired files are scheduled for automatic deletion; your prompt, task and accounting records remain. We do not provide permanent video archival. Storage failures are retried without generating another video or deducting credits a second time.
Content and intellectual property
Submit only content you own or have permission to use, including likenesses, voices, music and footage. You retain rights in your inputs and grant us the limited permission needed to process, store and send them to providers to fulfill your request and protect the service. We do not train our own models on your inputs. You may use outputs to the extent allowed by law and relevant provider terms; AI outputs may not be unique or qualify for copyright protection. Our branding and website design remain our property.
Acceptable use
Do not submit illegal content, explicit sexual content, sexual exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, deceptive impersonation, hateful abuse, harassment or instructions encouraging self-harm or violence. Do not infringe privacy or intellectual property, bypass moderation, attack the service or access another account. Obtain appropriate permission to transform a real person’s likeness or voice and disclose AI synthesis where omission would mislead viewers. Showcase clips are AI demonstrations and do not imply endorsement by depicted public figures. Automated review can make mistakes and cannot guarantee detection of every prohibited detail.
Availability and account closure
AI outputs may contain errors or differ from your brief; review them before publishing. We may restrict access to investigate abuse, protect accounts or comply with legal requirements. Request account closure by contacting support. If we discontinue an enabled paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, unused prepaid value will be reviewed for an appropriate refund. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular creative result. Mandatory consumer remedies remain applicable.
Refunds and disputes
See our Refund Policy for payment refunds and failed-job credit releases. Contact support with your account email and order or task identifier to report a problem. You retain mandatory remedies and the right to contact your payment provider. Do not send card details, passwords, login links or API keys.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by law, this service is provided as available, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by reliance on AI output. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us during the preceding 12 months. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of China; mandatory protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Contact support to seek an informal resolution before formal proceedings. No mandatory arbitration is imposed.
Changes and contact
Revised terms will be published with their effective date. Material changes affecting existing accounts will be announced on the website or by email before taking effect; urgent legal or security updates may take effect sooner. If you do not accept revisions, stop using the service and contact us about account closure. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply.
